The Office of the supreme judge department to translate its visions and aspirations into creating a fund that serves a segment of society facing difficulties in covering essential expenses to manage their lives. It was achieved by incorporating this vision into the Personal Status Law project, which included an article establishing a special fund called the "Alimony Fund," enjoying financial and administrative independence. This fund was approved, along with the esteemed decision of the Cabinet, in 2010 under Temporary Personal Status Law No. 36. The fund's executive instruments were completed by establishing its specific regulations, forming the board of directors, issuing implementation instructions for lending, preparing the infrastructure, and operational requirements. The procedures for the lending process began in 2017 with the opening of the first lending office in the capital, Amman, as a starting point for expanding this service to other provinces, God willing, to provide a superior service befitting the Jordanian citizen.
