The Amount to Be Loaned
The full alimony amount or a portion of it can be loaned, taking into account the financial circumstances of the fund, the circumstances of the obligor or the recipient, and as assessed by the fund's management.
Increase or Decrease of the Loan Amount
The fund's director may increase the loan amount upon receiving a new decision to increase it or if part of the alimony amount has already been paid. This is done based on a request from the recipient of the alimony to the fund's director.
The fund's director may also decrease the loan amount if there are valid reasons for doing so, provided that the recipient is informed of these reasons.
