Stop of Alimony Loans
The alimony loans can be suspended if any of the conditions on which the loan decision was based no longer apply, including:
Termination of the Alimony Judgment: If the alimony judgment is terminated, the alimony loan is suspended. .
Discovery of Assets for Enforcement: If assets are discovered that can be used for enforcing the alimony judgment.
Direct Payment by the Obligor: When the obligor directly pays the alimony to the recipient and commits to doing so.
Establishment of Non-Entitlement: If it is proven that the recipient is not entitled to alimony.
In these cases, the fund may suspend the alimony loans since the conditions on which they were granted are no longer met.
