In the case of a family settlement agreement covering all expenses?

The agreement applies to all expenses (wife's expenses, children's expenses, education expenses)

How long is the application processing time?

30 days upon completion of the required documents

What happens if the application is approved?

The loan is sent to the bank

What happens if the application is rejected?

A text message is sent from the fund explaining the reason for the rejection

When is the approved loan disbursed?

Between the 25th and 31st of each month

Does the fund have branches in the provinces?

There is an office in Irbid and an office in Karak

Are other provinces covered?

There are liaison officers in 9 Sharia courts

In which courts are the liaison officers located?

Aqaba, Ma'an, Tafilah, Zarqa, Salt, Mafraq, Madaba, Jerash, Ajloun

If the issues are rectified and the reason for rejection is addressed?

It will be reviewed and approved within a maximum period of 30 days.
