Duties of Legal Affairs Unit:
Contribute to the preparation of executive plans for the Fund's operations.
Implement policies, plans, and programs related to the unit's activities.
Monitor lawsuits initiated by the Fund or filed against it in relevant courts.
Prepare forms related to expense reimbursement requests, payments, and suspensions, and notify borrowers of repayments and collection forms, settlements, and all necessary documents required for the Fund's operations.
Issue legal notices and respond to them.
Provide legal consultations on matters referred to the unit by the appropriate authorities.
Review agreements and regulations governing the Fund's operations and update and amend them as needed.
Handle any other matters related to the unit's activities.
