Financial and Administrative Affairs Directorate Responsibilities:
Contribution to the Preparation of Executive Plans: To develop specific executive plans for the fund's operations.
Implementation of Financial Policies, Plans, and Programs: Executing the financial policies, plans, and programs established for the fund.
Monitoring the Execution of Investment Policies: Monitoring the implementation of investment policies.
Preparation of the Fund's Budget: Preparing the fund's budget.
Preparation of Financial Statements: Preparing the final financial statement for the fund.
Protection of Fund Assets: Taking all necessary actions to safeguard the fund's assets.
Financial Transactions and Record Keeping: Conducting all financial transactions related to the fund, maintaining records by financial laws and regulations, and monitoring the execution of document cycle procedures.
Salary, Expenditure, Capital Expense Scheduling: Organizing schedules for salaries, current expenditures, capital expenditures, loans, and their related documents and disbursing them after all legal deductions.
Monthly Financial Summary: Creating a monthly financial summary for loans, current expenses, capital expenses, and salaries.
Procurement of Fund Supplies: Procuring various fund supplies, technical materials, furniture, stationery, printed materials, and equipment.
Purchase Orders: Preparing purchase orders for suppliers and entering them into the approved financial system.
Receipt and Inspection of Materials: Receiving all materials, inspecting them, and ensuring their compliance with specifications, then storing them according to approved guidelines.
Providing Explanatory Bulletins to Auditors: Providing explanatory bulletins to auditors to clarify the procedures for processing transactions and the required documents.
Monitoring Fleet Operations: Regularly monitoring the affairs of the fund's vehicles and their requirements.
Documenting, Distributing, Archiving, and Retrieving Correspondence: Documenting, distributing, archiving, and retrieving all outgoing and incoming documents to and from the fund.
Preparation of Coordinated Media Plans: Preparing a coordinated media plan aligned with the government's media vision and monitoring its execution.
Communication and Coordination with Media Institutions: Communicating and coordinating with media institutions and implementing media campaigns.
Media Coverage: Providing media coverage for all fund activities, collecting achievements, and preparing informational materials.
Press Release Writing: Crafting press releases, disseminating fund news, highlighting achievements, and clarifying any news that may cause confusion or misinterpretation.
Preparation of Daily and Monthly Media Monitoring Reports: Preparing a daily and monthly media monitoring report and sharing it with relevant parties.
Establishing Public Relations: Establishing and maintaining relations with the public and target audiences, including local communities, using all available means to build trust and foster collaboration.
Supervising and Organizing Press Conferences and Media Interviews: Supervising and organizing press conferences and media interviews with fund officials.
Monitoring Media Coverage on Fund-Related Issues: Monitoring media coverage on issues related to the fund in general and capitalizing on media opportunities for visibility and participation.
Preparing Responses to Media Issues: Preparing responses to issues published in various media.
Monitoring Social Media Complaints and Suggestions: Monitoring complaints and suggestions on social media platforms and coordinating with dedicated platforms to address them.
Monitoring Promotional and Marketing Plan on Social Media: Monitoring the promotional and marketing plan on social media platforms and other electronic media, preparing digital media materials to translate it.
Any Other Matters Related to Directorate Operations.
