Collection Directorate
Duties of the Collection Directorate:
Contribution to the Preparation of Executive Plans: To develop specific executive plans for the fund's operations.
Implementation of Policies, Plans, and Programs: Executing the policies, plans, and programs established for the Directorate's operations.
Monitoring Fund Representatives in Execution Courts for Collection: Monitoring fund representatives in execution courts regarding collection matters, requesting periodic reports as needed.
Direct Reception of Requests from Debtors or Their Representatives: Directly receiving requests from debtors or their representatives for settlement, clearance, and taking appropriate guarantees to safeguard the fund's assets.
Taking Necessary Actions for Collection: Taking the necessary actions to collect funds through existing execution cases, filing lawsuits with competent courts, or through the General Treasury Directorate/Ministry of Finance, as per the public policy approved by the board of directors for fund collection.
Verification and Inquiry into Debtors' Financial Standing: Checking and inquiring about the financial standing of debtors to the fund from relevant authorities as necessary.
Preservation of Correspondence, Settlements, Receipts, and Accounting Records: Safeguarding correspondence, settlements, receipts, and accounting records and categorizing them for easy retrieval.
Daily Depositing of Collected Funds: Depositing collected funds daily into the fund's financial accounts.
Any Other Matters Related to Directorate Operations: Managing other tasks or matters related to the Directorate's operations.
The Collection Directorate is divided into the following departments:
- Central Collection Department: Responsible for collection activities in the central region.
- Northern and Southern Collection Department: Responsible for collection activities in the northern and southern regions.
